Convert PowerPoint presentations to PDF files in 4 Steps

Follow the below steps to convert your PowerPoint presentation slides to PDF file format

Step 1: Download and install the free PDF converter utility from doPDF(www.dopdf.com). After completing the installation open or restart the Microsoft PowerPoint and open your slides in to it.

Step 2: Go to the Office Menu on top left corner in Office 2007 and 2010 and select Print option. In other version of MS Office  use File -> Print. (Or you can even use Ctrl +P keyboard shortcut.

Step 3: In the print dialog box select the doPDF as the printer name. And press OK to confirm.

Step 4: In the doPDF save file dialog, enter the location to which the PDF file need to be saved.

Done, you can find your PowerPoint presentation in PDF file format at the specified location in doPDF save file dialog window.
