Most of the email service providers doesn't support huge and big file attachments. But many design images and files, with high resolution graphics will have size around 50MB and more.
There are many online free services available to send huge and big files.
If you are using Yahoo you would have seen the YouSendIt application on left side that can help you attach files upto 100MB for free.
Another service is from TransferBigFiles, which also provides upto 100MB file attachment for free, along with desktop and mobile clients.
Sendspace is an another interesting service which provides services to transfer large files. They also have clients and apps for iPhone, Android based phones and desktops.
And, if you have really huge files in TeraBytes (TBs), I would recommend you to go for Fedex or DHL
